Supported Employment Program

Services

Supported Employment is a program which assists Valeo or KS Rehabilitation Services clients who have a psychiatric disability and/or dual diagnosis in obtaining and maintaining employment. This program offers support with developing career goals, job skills training, and job placement. Our Workforce Development Specialists work to provide a good match between individuals and employers for a lasting employment relationship.

We Provide

• Assessment of Vocational Strengths & Skills
• Assistance with Identifying Career Goals
• Job Skills Training
• Job Placement
• Collaboration with Employer, Case Management, Medical Services, Psychosocial Programs, and other Therapies
• Consumer Advocacy
