Services

Services include Crisis Intake & Assessment, Crisis Intervention, Crisis Residential Program, Community Medication Outreach, Peer Support, and In-Home Support Services. Initial assessment and appointment for scheduling for all Valeo services is done Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. The initial contact can be made over our 24 Hr. Crisis Hotline, walk-in, or direct referral. Bilingual interpreters are available. Many of our programs are reimbursable by private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or billed on a sliding scale for individuals with limited financial resources.

Crisis Residential Program- The Residence & Saline House

  • The Residence- Short term, Crisis Oriented Residential Stay (5-10 days)
  • Saline House- Transitional Residential Living (up to 6 months)
  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
  • Intensive Case Management
  • Daily Groups
  • 24 Hour Staff Supervision
  • Access to Behavioral Health Practitioners

In-Home Support Services

  • Crisis In-Home Support Services- Offered to Valeo consumers on a short term basis. Support and assistance with skills, safety, medication management, and independent living skills. Mental Health Technician are available M-Th 5pm-12am and 24 Hrs. on weekends.
  • Long Term In-Home Support Services- Targets high risk consumers with severe and persistent mental illness. Length of service is determined by medical necessity. Mental Health Technicians are available 24/7.
