Community Activities for Reaching Empowerment (C.A.R.E. Program)

Services

C.A.R.E. is a goal-directed psychosocial program for adults in Shawnee County age 18+ with a severe persistent mental illness. Services are targeted for high-risk individuals who have multiple life problems such as homelessness, substance abuse, developmental disabilities, and who may be on probation or parole.

M-Th 8am-8pm
Friday 8am-3pm
Sunday 12:30pm-5pm (depending on activity)
