The Residence

Services

The Residence is a crisis house for those at risk of psychiatric hospitalization utilizing support provided by Crisis Support Clinicians. Our primary goal is to allow individuals to maintain community tenure. We strive to help individuals avoid State Psychiatric Hospitalization during crisis, and for 30 days following discharge from the program. We educate and offer wellness recovery action planning to all individuals.

We Provide

• Short term crisis residential stay (avg. 5-10 days)
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Case Management for individual crisis stabilization
• Daily support groups
• 24 Hr. Access to Valeo Behavioral Health Care Practitioners
• Access to emergency mediation appointments and evaluations
• 24 Hr. Staff Supervision in a safe environment
• Medication Monitoring

The Saline House

Services

The Saline House is a transitional house for those at risk of psychiatric hospitalization utilizing support provided by Mental Health Technicians. Our primary goal is to allow individuals to maintain community tenure. Individuals in this program must be receiving services at Valeo Behavioral Health Care. We educate and offer wellness recovery action planning to all individuals.

We Provide

• Short term transitional stay (up to 6 months)
• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
• Case Management
• Daily support groups
• 24 Hr. Access to Valeo Behavioral Health Care Practitioners
• Access to emergency mediation appointments and evaluations
• 24 Hr. Staff Supervision in a safe environment
• Medication Monitoring
